SEAK Events may display event listings sourced from publicly available information for the purpose of community awareness. We do not claim ownership of event content and do not imply endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship unless explicitly stated. Event details are subject to change. Event organizers may request updates or removal of listings at any time.

We do our best to ensure accuracy, but SEAK Events:

  • Does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any event listings

  • Is not responsible for changes, errors, cancellations, or misinformation provided by event organizers

Always confirm event details with the organizer.

SEAK Events may link to external websites, ticketing platforms, or social media pages. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of third-party sites.

In partnership with Northern State Media, we may offer optional paid services such as:

  • Digital advertising

  • Graphic design

  • Photography and videography

  • Event coverage

These services are subject to separate agreements and pricing.

You may not submit events or materials that:

  • Contain illegal content

  • Promote hate, violence, or discrimination

  • Include false, misleading, or harmful claims

  • Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or personal rights

Violations may result in removal of content or blocking of access.

All content on the SEAK Events website (design, branding, layout, logos, etc.) is owned by SEAK Events or used with permission. You may not copy or redistribute site content without authorization.

Event organizers retain rights to their own submitted content.

We aim to keep SEAK Events accessible at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may temporarily affect availability.

SEAK Events is not liable for:

  • Damages from using or being unable to use the website

  • Inaccurate event information

  • Issues arising from third-party sites or services

  • Losses related to attending or participating in events
